With a broad and successful background in Strategy, Faciliation and Training spanning 28 years, Alan's life has been dedicated to helping people improve their lives. At 22 he joined an American Personal Development organisation and by the age of 26 was the company's National Training Facilitator, conducting training throughout Australia the USA and Asia. Within three years, in 1988, he had created his own Consulting and Training Company.

Alan's personal journey has taken him through many philosophies and many paths of learning. He has discovered first hand that a lot of the modern 'hype' teaching does not produce long lasting results.
